Great service! The staff were friendly and patient, especially since it was my first time in Korea. The food was delicious and I can't wait to try the nearby restaurants. The price was reasonable and the location was convenient for transportation.

The lack of early check-in options. I had emailed ahead to inquire about early check-in and was told I would need to book an extra night to guarantee a room.

The rooms were comfortable and clean, with all necessary amenities. I particularly loved the view from my room, which added to the overall experience. The bathroom even had a nice bathtub, perfect for a relaxing soak. And the breakfast was outstanding, with freshly made pancakes that were simply delightful.

No improvements needed, everything was just fine.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel as a family with kids. The location was perfect, with easy access to bus and subway stations, making it convenient for us to explore the city. We also loved that the hotel was close to some lovely hills, providing us with the opportunity to go hiking and enjoy nature. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was extremely helpful and responsive to our needs. They spoke good English, which made communication easy.

That the bathroom and bedroom were separated by a glass wall, which could be a bit inconvenient for families with kids who prefer more privacy.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The location was excellent as it was close to beautiful hills for hiking and there was a bus station just opposite the hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. The breakfast provided was delicious, and I loved the fact that there were many attractions nearby.
